Latvian Dzogchen Community is situated on Gertrudes street 5a, entrance from the yard. 3-rd floor.
Community members appoint representative people, who form the Gakyil.
The new Gakyil (6 members) for 2010/2011 was appointed on the Tibetan New year (5th March, 2011)
